At LuxeCarry, we aim to process orders quickly so you receive your items as soon as possible. For this reason, we have a limited window for cancellations and refunds.

Orders may be cancelled or refunded within 2 business days of purchase, only if the order has not yet entered processing.

Once processing has begun, we are unable to cancel, return, or refund the order, as it is already being prepared for shipment.

  • We do not accept returns or refunds once an order has been processed or shipped UNLESS the product arrives damaged or defectedย 

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind after processing begins

  • Delivery delays caused by couriers are outside of our control and are not grounds for a refund
